More and more Smoke 2013 tutorials are hitting the web. Not least from Autodesk itself. There are now 32 how to tutorials on their youtube channel. Premium Beat has also got some really good blog posts on getting started with Smoke:

There is also a growing wiki of keyboard shortcuts for Smoke 2013 from Autodesk and Smoke-Training.com is regularly adding more tutorials, like this one on how to perform basic compositing within the timeline.
