Creating your own standing desk
Sitting at your desk for 40+ hours a week is slowly killing you. Standing is healthier and apparently makes you more productive. Plus Walter Murch does it so it must make you a better editor!

If you’ve got more money than time or just can’t be bothered to be manufacturing your own furniture, Office Snapshots has got a review of 7 decent looking standing desks here. Personally I’m still interested in the Kangaroo Pro which is perfect for laptops and lets you both sit and stand, but alas I’ve still not found it in the UK…
