How to access a full font family in FCP7

There is a bug in FCP7 which means that when you install a font family all of the weights and variances don’t appear in the Final Cut Pro text editor. Luckily Alex Goller (maker of many excellent and free FCP7/X plugins) has created a plugin for FCP7 to work around this issue.

The only effort in using this plugin is needing type in the font name exactly as it appears in Word or Fontbook, but that’s a small price to pay for full access to all your fonts in FCP and all for free!
